Each week a selection of different in-season vegetables staples and roots plus salads and some exotics.
A mix of different vegetables - salads - herbs and more, such as:
- The staple vegetables - potato, carrots, cabbage, Brussels sprouts, leeks, onions, cauliflower, calabrese, sprouting broccoli, swede, turnip, peas, beans.
- Salads - tomato, cucumber, lettuce (cos, webbs, little gem, endive, radichio, lollo rosso), mizuna, mustard, peppers, rocket, salad onion.
- Roots - bunch carrots, parsnip, celeriac, artichokes, mooli, kohlrabi.
- Herbs - parsley, basil, coriander, fennel, chervil.
- Oriental vegetables - Pak choi, Chinese leaves, Chinese mustard.
- As well as - courgette, beetroot, aubergine, mange tout peas, rhubarb, sweet corn, Florence fennel, pumpkin, squash and sometimes some edible flowers.
